What’s an eSIM?

eSIM is the next stage in the telecommunication evolution! An eSIM is a SIM card that doesn’t require physical carrier and exists only digitally, making it the most convenient option. It is widely discussed that virtual eSIMs will replace physical SIM cards in the near future, becoming the leading solution for mobile devices.

This advanced technology is only supported by the latest models of smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, routers, and laptops.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my device supports eSIM?

If your device is over 4 years old then it’s safe to assume that it won’t support eSIM. In all other cases, you’re welcome to contact the tech support chat or the provider to learn more.

Do I need a physical SIM card to use eSIM?

No, eSIM operates independently.
USA, Indonesia, and China are the exceptions. To ensure stable connections within these countries, you will require a physical SIM card to make phone calls and a virtual card to access Internet. The device will not display any signal but you will be able to access Internet nonetheless.

Can I use eSIM in all countries around the world?

eSIMs cover more than 170 countries and regions of the world. Contact tech support to check if eSIM is available in your country or region.

What do I do if I later switch to a different smartphone after buying and installing an eSIM?
What do I do if I deleted the eSIM by mistake or lost it with my smartphone?
What do I do if the eSIM is installed in a device that is currently out of access?

You can restore your eSIM in all the noted cases. Message tech support chat with a request to block the inaccessible eSIM. A QR code will be sent to your email. The remaining funds on your balance will be transferred to the new eSIM balance. The restoration will be complete in one day. Within this period, you must install the eSIM using the new QR code. Please note that the eSIM restoration is completely free-of-charge.

How to disconnect eSIM?

Open "Settings". Click "Network" and "Mobile Network". Select eSIM. Click "Delete SIM".
